PUMPKIN PATCH UPDATE
Sadly, crop issues have left our wholesale suppliers without enough pumpkins for this year’s event. We won’t have a pumpkin patch or free pumpkins, but the contest is still happening! Participants will need to purchase or provide their own pumpkins. We’re disappointed too, and we appreciate your understanding!

🚨 SUPER IMPORTANT! Having a WILL does not automatically keep your home out of probate! 🏡

I cannot count how many families I’ve helped over the last several years navigate an unexpected probate when it was time to sell a loved one’s home. ❤️

They were already grieving, and then came the legal process, expenses, and waiting that many weren’t prepared for.

With proper planning, it may be possible to avoid probate for your home and make things easier for the people you love.

Regardless of your age, please plan ahead. Speak with an estate planning attorney about your situation and whether a trust, a transfer on death deed, or other options are right for you.

These conversations aren’t always easy, but taking the time now can spare your family added stress later.
