Ok. I finally did it.
I just started L A U N C H E D - support for parents of older kids.
If the sun is setting on the chapter in your life where your kids are going to be leaving the nest soon or maybe they've already left and you feel like you need a little support, go like my page. I had an interesting conversation with a local non-profit CEO about the work they are doing to clean the soil with mycelium or as they are commonly known,mushrooms, in the Denver community. Their work is super interesting to me. The REALTOR Code of Ethics states, “Under all is the land.” Now more than ever, clean soil and clean water are so vital to us all. Let me know if you want to learn more or you if you’d like to get involved.

If you’ve ever wondered what Denver weather is really like, I’m going to show you! Follow along with me as I capture the weather outside on the 7th, 17th and 27th of each month.

☀️🌞 While Denver is known for being a snowy town, locals know that Denver averages 300 sunny days a year.

☁️ Today’s sky was a little grey and overcast.
🌡️ 33 degrees Fahrenheit - rough conversion to about 0 degrees Celsius.
🤷‍♀️WTH do these numbers actually mean? 0 Celsius and 32 Farenheit are when water is supposed to freeze or turn to snow.💦🌊💧🧊
❄️Snow showers are possible tonight.

Overall, its a nice day outside. I wore sweatpants, a flannel, runners and a fleece lined jacket out.

😎 Yes, my kid is adorable.
🏦 No, I don’t have any idea where she’s going, but I do know that some of you will need a home valuation for the CSS. I’m absolutely happy to help you through that process by giving you multiple valuations of your home from various sources aside from Zillow or the county assessor.

The sun might be setting on my kid’s K-12 career, , but her future is bright! 🌅😎
