“Passin’ a good time” wit’ Fr. Felix, MSP with the Missionary Society of St. Paul. Cookin up ideas about how we gonna create a mission trip to connect our community to a village in Africa to help them with cooking equipment, growing the Cajun Holy Trinity, clean water supply, and what ever the Holy Spirit guides us to do. We are excited about exploring the possibilities and bring this “dream” to fruition. Any of our Facebook Friends interested????

Y’all . . . We had da’ best time ever passing a good time wit’ a group of awesome ladies yesterday. . . We hosted da’ Louisiana Farm Bureau Women’s Leadership Committee Spring meeting at da’ ole Schexnaydre house in da’ Cajun Village, Sorrento. Needless to say, I was a bit intimidated because these woman were all farm family leaders from across our state and several of them were “seasoned” homemakers, hence excellent cooks . . . but they were gracious guests of our T-Pot Jambalaya Experience. We cooked, laughed, learned from each other, and passed a good time together . . . Ayeee!!! Special thanks to Kim and Lillie for helping make it a success. Much appreciation for Megan Gravios, the LA Farm Bureau Team and the Women’s Leadership Committee - the “backbone” of Louisiana farmers, ranchers, and agribusiness leadership.

Look who dropped by for a visit at da’ Cajun Village!! Me and Kim passed a good time wit’ Lenny and Doodle . . . Enjoyed some bignets and coffee from da’ Coffee House . . . joking around (my brother Doodle’s wit is so clever) and visiting with folks (my brother Lenny knows everbody). Nice visit . . . I love my brothers . . . so blessed . . . Ayeee!!!
