We are a top rated charter fishing company in the Marco Island/Goodland area looking for a Fishing Captain with excellent customer service skills.

Candidate must have Merchant Mariner Credentials (Captain License). Captain will be responsible for safe day to day operations and keeping a clean/organized boat.

We provide on the job training for all new hires. Including but not limited to: cast netting bait, surfing dolphins, cleaning fish, the best fishing spots for all tides and weather, and managing client relations.

The salary is paid per trip at the end of each week. You keep 100% of your tips.

Schedule is Monday-Saturday; Sundays are closed.

When on the water, we work as a team to provide the best experience for our clients.
