Child Citizenship Act 2000 On May 26, the Congolese General Direction of Migration (DGM) informed members of the diplomatic corps that it was prepared to issue exit permits to 62 children adopted by foreigners whose cases fully conform to existing Congolese adoption laws.

An adopting family in the DRC did NOT think they would be able to fly out tonight NO EXIT LETTER... Then he called and said it would take a MIRACLE for them to travel tonight in the Congo. And guess what we prayed for? And guess what happened?!!! A MIRACLE!!!!! THEY ARE COMING HOME!!!! THANK YOU JESUS!!!!!!
