Wanna save big on your vacation travel?

The best way to do so is by thinking ahead and booking early. In most cases, the best price is available when the desired travel is first offered and increases as you get closer to travel time. Days of the last minute great deal have diminished greatly.

This is certainly true with cruises. As the trip gets closer, the price goes up and the cabin selection decreases. So as the old saying goes “ the early bird ….” Also, most deposits are either fully or mostly refundable should plans change. One example is a group we have going on a “Best of the Med” cruise in 2027. The negotiated price for our group block of cabins (only 2 left) is over $7000 less than the going rate today for a similar cabin!

With this in mind, we wanted to make you aware of 2 groups we are putting together for 2028. First is an Alaskan cruise in the summer of 2028 and the 2nd is a fantastic Spain-intensive cruise in the fall of 2028. Debra and I would love to know if you’re interested in either of these wonderful trips.

Debra and I wanted to share with a few brief details about the trips we are arranging for 2027. I know that sounds like a long time off but, trust me, you have to plan these things well in advance to get the best prices as well as the best availability. So here goes:

2027 - We have 3 different trips going this year. Hopefully, a little something for everyone.

Winter Fun in the Sun getaway - Many have asked for an all-inclusive beach trip so here you go. Join us at Secrets Cap Cana in the beautiful Dominican Republic.
Dates are February 6-13, 2027.

The Enchanting Rhine - This is a fantastic river cruise aboard AMA Waterways that begins in Switzerland and ends in Amsterdam at the peak of tulip season! The dates for this are March 24- April 4, 2027.

Best of the Med - This cruise truly is the best of the Mediterranean which begins in Barcelona, Spain and ends in Venice, Italy hitting all of the high spots along the way.
Dates are September 29 - October 10, 2027.

We just returned from a fabulous “fall foliage” cruise with 37 wonderful sailing out of New York and ending in Montreal. Lots of fun!!
Already looking forward to the next ones in 2026.First, off to Tahiti in March and then to the British Isles in July. Come and join in the fun!
