Wilderness Pack In Hunts Arapaho Wilderness Outfitters, provides you with a once in a lifetime wilderness experience.

Our Colorado elk hunting camps include a main cook tent as well as several client tents. These tents provide you with that rugged outdoor experience with some of the comforts of home. Each sleeping tent comes furnished with individual cots, cot trees, and wood-burning stoves. Our camp cook will make sure you always have hearty meals and our wranglers and guides take care of the rest of the chores.

Renowned horse trainer and author Monty Roberts, famous as the "horse whisperer" and a close advisor to Queen Elizabeth II, passed away on August 1, at the age of 91 at his farm in California. Our prayers are with family and friends.

The Grand County Sheriff’s Office has placed Zone K16 mile post 9 to 16 on Trough Rd BACK ON PRE-EVACUATION status. Please stay prepared to leave in the event wildfire conditions worsen throughout the day. Have all necessary items ready to go. Don’t forget your pets. If you do not feel safe, you can evacuate on your own. Please do not call 911 unless you have an emergency.
