The colors of fall linger past peak Aspen season. Everything just mellows and settles into a rich golden hue across the landscape. Our first snow sprinkled the ground this last week and winter dreams are on the horizon.

Meanwhile, weā€™re lingering in our favorite coffee shops a little longer. Taking one last look at that end of hike view before turning back. Fall slows us down and makes us appreciate whatā€™s here now. That feeling is waiting for you, too.

Fall is for food that warms you up from the inside. Thereā€™s something about coming in from the cool mountain air and finding a good cup of coffee, a hearty lunch, a local b**r or cocktail, and dinner somewhere you actually want to linger.
