BungeeOne fitness in Grand Junction is totally where it’s at!

✳️ We had so much fun and were surprised by how sweaty we got!

✳️ Signing up for a class is really easy online and there are a variety of class times and types to choose from.

✳️ The intro class is required before some of the more intermediate and advanced classes, and it’s definitely worth it to help you get familiar with the bungee.

✳️ There are always modifications for every move, so it is a high intensity cardio workout while also being low-impact!

✳️ As the rules state: laughing calories count too!

Grand Junction locals: grab your friends and check out a class at BungeeOne!
