It’s one of the best times of year—and every year, GR shows up in the middle of a Michigan winter to eat ice cream before noon.

So naturally… they’re doing it again.

This SATURDAY!!!! Ice Cream for Breakfast Day 9 AM–Noon, they’ll will be rolling out a specialty menu for the morning.

NEW: Strawberry Pop Tart Ice Cream
(YUMMMMMMM)

Toasted strawberry Pop-Tarts folded into a Pop-Tart-inspired ice cream with a sweet strawberry filling swirl. Nostalgic, cozy, and perfect before noon.

NEW: Loaded French Toast Ice Cream

French toast and candied pecans folded into our maple ice cream. This flavor complements everything—and yes, it’s as good as it sounds.

RETURNING: Blueberry Pancake Ice Cream

Pancakes drizzled in maple syrup, swirled into our pancake batter ice cream with blueberry purée. A classic for a reason.

Don’t let the snow stop you from visiting some of the absolute BEST small businesses in Grand Rapids! The shops down Cherry and Diamond are warm, cozy and are filled with the most thoughtfully curated AMAZING products, clothing, etc. And don’t forget all the coffee shops, restaurants, pop-ups…you name it, WE GOT IT.

IT’S TIME.

Every January, something happens to Jason …
The flannel comes out.
The spatula gets bigger.
The pancakes get… aggressive.

This is the one day a year he fully transforms into Uncle Buck, flipping his legendary 6-lb pancakes like it’s his civic duty. He talks about them all year. He plans for them. He dreams about them. And honestly, we just stay out of his way and let it happen.

Important note for the intimidated: we do offer smaller pancakes. Still very big. Just… emotionally safer.

The 3rd Annual Uncle Buck Pancake Spectacular is back.
Huge pancakes (and less-huge pancakes). Hash. Bacon. Treats. All the cozy, chaotic breakfast energy you’d expect.
