Spring Break is officially underway and I am living vicariously through so many of you right now!

I have clients currently on a Caribbean cruise and others at an all-inclusive resort in the Dominican Republic, with more heading out to Mexico, Palm Springs, Hawaii, San Diego, an Alaskan cruise, and Disneyland. Such a fun mix of trips!

Our family is keeping things local after a memorable trip to Walt Disney World over winter break, but I’m so thankful I get to be part of all of your vacations.

Whether you’re off exploring somewhere new or spending time doing your favorite things close to home, I hope you soak it all in and make all the memories.

Traveling Soon!

The E family is heading out very soon on a split stay between Universal Orlando and Walt Disney World, and this trip is such a fun mix of high-energy thrills and laid-back Disney magic.

They’ll kick things off at Loews Portofino Bay Hotel, where this Harry Potter–loving crew will spend a few days bouncing between Epic Universe, Universal Studios Florida, and Islands of Adventure. Portals will be explored, Butterbeer will be consumed, and no spell will be left uncast.

After all that excitement, they’ll transfer over to Disney’s Beach Club Resort to slow things down a bit. Pool time at Stormalong Bay, the largest pool on Disney property, is high on the agenda before wrapping things up with a day at Magic Kingdom.

As a family of five, both Universal and Disney do a fantastic job with accommodations, which makes trips like this not only possible, but really enjoyable. I can’t wait to follow along as they experience the best of both worlds on one incredible vacation.

Just Booked!

K & L realized they had a little flexibility with their work schedules, looked at the very negative temps in our forecast, and said… we’re outta here ❄️✌️

They’re headed to Dreams Royal Beach in a Preferred Club room, flying NONSTOP out of Lansing and trading the frozen tundra for blue water and white sand in Punta Cana.

I kept their budget and travel style in mind to narrow in on a resort that gives them a little extra comfort, great amenities, and that easy, stress-free all-inclusive vibe.

This winter storm has really had a hold on most of the country this week, so I just wanted to check in and see how everyone’s doing. 🤍

As a mom to two school-aged kids, this past week was a lot. Working from home with kids 4 out of 5 days. Trying to come up with real meals when your energy is at zero. That lightning-fast grocery run because you definitely should’ve gone the week before. Shoveling piles of snow in temps that can only be described as rude. And that’s not even touching all the other stuff everyone’s carrying behind the scenes.

If this week felt heavy, you’re not alone.

Hope you’re staying warm, giving yourself some grace, and finding whatever balance you need right now. 🤍

🏰Just Booked🏰

I just helped the W family lock in their very first Disney vacation, happening in just a few weeks. We were able to snag a promo that worked perfectly for their travel dates, and they’ll be staying at Disney’s Port Orleans Riverside in a standard room with a fifth sleeper, which is such a great setup for a family of five.

I’m helping them plan out three park days, arranging a double stroller rental, and sharing tips and tricks to make both their park days and pool days as smooth and fun as possible. One of the things I'm most excited about is for them to use the boat to head to Disney Springs for dinner; such a relaxing and underrated perk of this resort.

Travel Update: REAL ID Changes

Heads up, friends: TSA is rolling out some new rules around REAL ID, and this one will affect future travel.

Starting February 1, 2026, if you show up to the airport without a REAL ID-compliant ID (or another approved form like a passport), you’ll now need to pay a $45 fee prior to passing through security.

In the past, you could still fly after extra screening without paying.
That is no longer the case.
Now, instead of a quick additional check, it will cost you and you still aren’t guaranteed clearance to fly.

I’ve seen so many people at the airport get pulled aside because they didn’t realize their ID wasn’t compliant. Please let this be your sign to double-check yours and get it taken care of long before you travel! Your future self (and everyone behind you in the security line) will thank you.
