The W family is heading back to Walt Disney World, and I’m so excited for them! They’ll be staying at Pop Century Resort, using the summer 3-park ticket offer, and checking out one of the first nights of Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party.

They had traditionally always stayed at All-Star Resorts, but I suggested they check out Pop this time for a few reasons: Skyliner access, freshly updated rooms, and a vibe that just makes the whole trip feel a little more special.

I love helping families take what could be a great trip and making it even better. Can’t wait to follow along on their adventures!

Did you know you can pick a Disney character avatar in the My Disney Experience app? They just added a bunch of new ones, and I can’t decide between these three:

1. Megara – “I’m a damsel. I’m in distress. I can handle this. Have a nice day!”
2. Mother Gothel – “Mooooother knows BEST!”
3. Yzma – “Pull the lever, Kronk! …Wrong leveeerrrr!”

It’s such an easy way to get everyone excited for a trip and it actually makes assigning Lightning Lanes so much faster because you can see who’s who at a glance.

I can’t share videos and images in the same post, so my pick is in the comments. If you use the app, share yours too…I love seeing which characters everyone vibes with.

This is my husband - the guy who pushes the stroller (and you know how many extra steps that adds at Disney!), carries tired kids, rides every big and small ride, and somehow makes even the busiest park days feel effortless.

He’s always down for whatever vacation I’ve got cooking up in this brain that never sleeps and watching him show up with so much joy and heart on our Disney trips is one of my favorite things. He’s not just along for the ride, he’s part of the magic.

📢Anyone with an Allegiant route to LAX (I’m looking at you, local friends) here’s a heads up you won’t want to miss…

If a Disneyland trip has been on your mind, now is the time to make it happen. I just found out that Allegiant is ending all flights to LAX starting in early September. That means those affordable, nonstop flights from our area will be gone very soon.

My family had talked about checking out Disneyland “someday,” and suddenly someday turned into *very soon* because the deal was too good to pass up.

I found flights to LAX for just $63 each way. Then I learned (through a Facebook group I follow - message me if you want the details, they’re always sharing great tips and codes) that if you buy your Allegiant tickets in person at the airport during their limited ticket counter hours, you can avoid the $22 per person, per way carrier fee. Add in a credit card discount, and here’s what we paid:
• Nonstop flights to LAX for $63 each way
• $10/person round trip discount
• Carrier fees waived = $176 saved
• $50 Allegiant card holder discount
• Grand total for 4 round trip tickets: $390

We added a little more for seat selections, but it was still an amazing deal. For comparison, the next closest nonstop option from us is over three hours away and starts at $400 per person.

And now for the most important part ‼️: this is going to be a surprise trip for our kids. If you know them, please do not say a word. I am terrible at pulling off surprises, so I am counting on you to help me see this through.

With Disneyland celebrating its 70th anniversary this year, it’s the perfect time to go. And by saving on flights, there’s extra room in the budget for Lightning Lanes, Park Hoppers and maybe even a churro or two.

🚘 Just Booked 🚘

I’m beyond excited to share that I’ve been working with the extended “H” family for their upcoming Walt Disney World adventure this fall! They’re staying in the Cars Family Suites at the Art of Animation (and yes, I even called ahead to request a prime building close to all the transportation and resort fun—because those little details matter!).

We’ve locked in tickets to Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party, and are deep in convo about how to maximize their time during their other park days, whether that’s through Lightning Lane Multi and Single Passes, Premier Passes, or maybe even a VIP Tour. I’m also helping them plan some grown-up downtime while the kids spend quality time with their grandparents (World Showcase is calling!).

Plus, I found them a better rate when a promo dropped after they were already booked - because that’s the magic of having a Travel Advisor in your corner. From dining plans to daily logistics, I take all the headache off their plates so they can focus on the fun and the memories.

What I love most? These wonderful folks started as strangers but have truly found a way into my heart. Helping bring that Disney magic to their kids’ lives feels like the best job in the world.

Spring has been a whirlwind! Between twice-weekly soccer practices and games, Easter fun, field trips, a quick May getaway, and a big annual event at my day job, it’s been nonstop around here!

I know it’s been quieter than usual on this page, so I just want to say THANK YOU for sticking with me, continuing to follow along, and bringing your amazing vacation ideas my way. Our house has been buzzing for weeks about the new live-action Lilo & Stitch - and yesterday was finally the day! Our son is a die-hard Stitch fan (he’s been counting down the days), so seeing his favorite blue troublemaker come to life on the big screen was everything. 💙

It had me thinking back to our Disney trip this winter when we scored that hard-to-get breakfast at ‘Ohana at Disney’s Polynesian Resort. The food was great, but let’s be honest - meeting Stitch in person? That was the real highlight for the kids. (Just look at their faces 😍)

And now, while I’ve still got tropical vibes on the brain, I’m diving in to help a sweet couple plan a super special trip of their own - they’re celebrating 40 years of marriage with an unforgettable anniversary adventure island hopping across Hawaii and I am handling alllllll the details.
