Since the Amazon outage many questions have been asked about data access and protection. We are sorry to report that our iCyte server is down at the moment. Like many other companies we host with Amazon AWS which has been experiencing problems today with their service. You can see the latest updates about this outage from their status page http://status.aws.amazon.com/
