Methods Inc. Methods Inc. is a corporation formed in 1975. Many self-refer after attending one of Methods' estate sales.

It's original professional focus was market research and consultation; however, since 1993, it has been providing estate sale management and certified personal property appraisals to clients in metropolitan Chicago, northwest and northern Indiana and southwest Michigan. Clients come to Methods based on the recommendations of friends, former clients, attorneys, real estate agents, banks, antique ma

lls, galleries and service agencies. The owners pride themselves on providing clients with a dignified professional and profitable experience based on knowledge of the local, national and international venues for bringing both common and rare items of personal property to market.

We are currently accepting a limited number of consignments of jewelry and select small valuables through the end of May.
Pieces will be thoughtfully placed in our locked showcase spaces in an antique mall and, when appropriate, offered online for additional exposure to qualified buyers.
If you have items you’ve been considering parting with, the Methods professionals would be happy to take a look and discuss the best way to present them. Feel free to reach out privately.
