And it doesn't help any when you're traveling to all these beautiful countries enjoying their delicious cuisine.. 😋
So I'm trying to lose 10lbs before mid August so that I can put on 20 lbs while in Italy 🇮🇹. Lol. Make sense 🤷🏽‍♀️
