Edited to update:
After being on the phone with Square for almost an hour and half) the agent instructed me to use my desktop or laptop (which I had done before) but it still shows it has already been refunded, therefore the CSA couldn’t figure out what to do so he told me to refund everyone with a bank check.
I have included pictures of the conference call that took place this morning as well as what I got when I tried my desktop computer. (Cameron is the Former owner and Square’s number is 855-700-6000.)
I am on my way to the bank where the business account is to have them print checks so that I can refund everyone that way.
I will be sending all mail certified. So if you have moved or used something other than your mailing address when you originally purchased your seat, please message me directly with that information.

I’m taking tomorrow morning off from work to go to the bank to see what my options are since Square still hasn’t processed any of the refunds and won’t let me cancel the refunds so I can refund them again!
If all else fails, I will get checks from the bank and refund everyone that way. I will update everyone as soon as I can in the morning.
