Adventure 30A

Adventure 30A The Experience Creators Each beachside community has its own unique vibe and structure.
(1)

If you could sum up Scenic 30A in one word, it would be “special.” Scenic 30A is unlike any other place you’ve ever been, but it isn’t just the small town charm and picturesque architecture that make it unique. Thanks to the persistence and dedication of previous generations, Santa Rosa Beach boasts some of the most amazing beach communities in the world. Refusing to allow it to develop into a “co

mmercialized” area like some of the neighboring areas, they were able to secure and maintain what is now beautiful state parks and pristine beaches. In addition to the unparalleled natural beauty of Scenic 30A, we also pride ourselves in the pleasure of our diverse architectural beauty. South Walton is one of just a few locations in the world, alongside Oregon, Australia, New Zealand, and Madagascar, that are lucky enough to boast the unusual natural wonders of coastal dune lakes. Off of the beaches in select areas, the South Walton Artificial Reef Association has begun installing artificial reefs in the shapes of a marine mammals along the coastline to provide habitat for marine life and to facilitate snorkeling and sight seeing. You can experience snorkeling the reefs by paddle board or kayak with one of our guides. Understanding how amazing our community is, we are blessed to call this place home and share it with our neighbors & guests. To live or vacation, we are all here for the same reasons, to enjoy this beautiful and unique area... Our Adventure 30A team is committed to providing our 30A family and friends with truly unique experiences... We approach our business with hospitality in mind, ensuring your adventures with us on 30A are filled with great memories!

What’s up witches?!

Join us for our 4th Annual Witches Paddle at Eastern Lake!

We meet at 7:30am at the Eastern Lake boat launch in Seagrove Beach on the corner of Lakewood & Lakeview Drive just east of Old Florida Fish House.

We’ll start with coffee & breakfast pastry treats from Black Bear Bakery and have a contest with prizes for best witch and best warlock.

After we paddle across the lake, we’ll hang at the beach for some Beachy Bean breakfast burritos and Noli South “spooky booch” (local kombucha).

This paddle is a fundraiser to help raise funds for those in need within the community.

To register, it is a $20 donation if you bring your own board, and $30 if you would like to reserve a board!

Some more epic pics of Koala and Curlew, the north’s Atlantic whales that have been cruising our beaches recently! This adorable duo has been blessing us with near shore sightings all of the way from the beaches of Alabama on over towards Appalachicola.

North Atlantic whales are extremely endangered and any sightings should always be reported!
