ration Montanan, Russell has a rich family history entrenched in the early homesteaders of Montana agriculture and industry, including farming, ranching, timber, and the railroads. All four of Russell’s grandparents and their families have been here since the dawn of Montana’s statehood. Russell’s reverence for his family history and their morals and values, as well as all of Montana’s early settlers and pioneers, is seen in the quality and integrity of every Pioneer Craftsmen project. Starting with an understanding that hard work and honest sweat are the building blocks of character, there are many qualities that have been passed down from his farming and ranching forefathers that are apparent in Pioneer Craftsmen’s work today. The entrepreneurial spirit that runs deep in his blood is the collective fortitude shared by ancestors from the early years of Montana timber harvesting and sawmill operations. Russell has built the business of Pioneer Craftsmen with an ultimate adherence and homage to these characteristics that have been instilled in him from an early age. With a dedication to building homes of craftsmanship and longevity for present and future generations to enjoy and a devotion to reclaiming treasures of early pioneering trades, Pioneer Craftsmen is a team of visionary builders who are passionate about their work. Here is some more information on the Great Falls HBA Parade of Homes! Tickets are only $10! You can buy tickets online or at the following locations - Pro Build, Johnson Madison Lumber, any Stockman Bank location, and at Prairie Mountain Bank. Tickets can also be bought on location at any of the nine homes. Make sure to get a Parade of Homes Magazine as well! 🏚️

If you are not busy September 16 -17 you should take a trip to Great Falls and come enjoy the Great Falls Home Builders Association for their Parade of Homes. What's better yet is Pioneer Craftsmen has a home in the parade! Come take a look at this one of kind home!

-Timber-framed accents from locally sourced, kiln-dried, rough-sawn Douglas-fir timbers throughout
-Open vaulted great room with tongue and groove cedar ceiling
-Beautiful plank wood grain tile with sweeping river rock accents
-Kitchen includes rustic beech and alder cabinetry, decorative river rock backsplash, granite countertops, timber and reclaimed bead board accents, and stone-accented island
-One-of-a-kind stairwell banister of timber posts and rough-sawn rail with plasma-cut steel panels unique to Montana’s wildlife and backcountry all gently framed with a moss rock integrated backdrop that is truly a piece of Western art
