This women’s retreat was AHHHmazing and I’m really missing this gem of an island, so we are going back again to let our goddess selves shine! Join me and my very special guest teacher, Amanda List, for this bucket list destination.

Remember me!? 😅

I am touching base to share a few things with you!

First of all, I love LOVE leading retreat experiences for you all. It has been such a wonderful way to connect with other women and experience new cultures and places all around the world that transform us in both the smallest and biggest of ways. I have witnessed so many profound moments for people throughout the years that literally changed how they operate in the world from that point on- giving confidence, clarity, healing- whatever they needed. I also have enjoyed the really simple moments, too, where we just sit and laugh until we’re out of breath, or the complete silence holding space for Mother Nature as we witness the most gorgeous sunset.

I can’t wait for more memorable moments with you around the world!

I have been quiet on this page because all my 2026 (Guatemala + Bali) retreats sold out very fast. It’s a wonderful blessing- but I have been like 🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🤷‍♂️on things to share with you all because I didn’t have any 2026 International Retreats to share. I am going to start posting more: to share some stories of past retreat moments, and to also announce what 2027 has in store!!! 👀👀👀👀

Today we took a Mayan backstrap weaving class with some local women in Santa Cruz. We divide into a small groups and are invited into their homes to learn and make a scarf. This is always a really special day on the trip!☺️🙏🏽

Wrangle up a bestie and book a 3 night/4day weekend getaway for our Wisconsin Fall Women’s Northwoods Retreat October 2-5th.

This retreat is close to my heart because it’s the OG - the one that started my dream of leading retreats and holding space for women to come together in a deeper way! Scrolling through all the pictures through the years makes me teary eye’d because it’s always so magical and I appreciate the people I’ve met through this experience! We’ve been hosting the Northwoods Retreat since 2017 here in Wisconsin!

Our location is truly a special place and the connections between all who attend very meaningful. From deep breaths outdoors in the cool crisp air, to campfire with stories, self-inquire with yoga and journaling all the way to silly laughter playing games or doing puzzles - this retreat always hits the spot. It’s comfy. It’s cozy. It resets you.

If you’ve always wanted to attend a retreat - you don’t have to fly half way across the world to feel reinvigorated, it’s right here! You’ll have plenty of time to relax and also do yoga, hike, get on the water and connect with the other attendee’s.

We have two person shared rooms left (sharing king or queen bed).
