The lake is still, a sheet of ice stretching across the shoreline. The homes are quiet. No boats in the slips, no sandy footprints on the decks, no laughter echoing across the water — yet.

Making up bunkbeds today for one of our STR investors, Randolph — six kids’ beds in one room!

The real comedy, though, was watching Kristin climb up and down those ladders about a dozen times to get every sheet, pillow, and blanket just right. 😂
