Just a short drive from Denver, this 1.5-mile round-trip hike takes you through a stunning alpine forest, past a crystal-clear lake, and up to a snowfield that never melts.

Trail Highlights:
• Distance: ~1.5 miles round-trip
• Elevation: Starts at 10,400 ft
• Lake views + year-round snowfield

If you are traveling to Hondurus or stopping there on a cruise you need to be prepared.
According to the Secretary of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Honduran authorities are requiring documentation to show proof of a measles vaccine for travelers coming from various countries, including the United States, for any travel over land, by sea, or by air for all foreign travels to Honduras. If someone cannot receive the vaccine, they will need to show proof 72 to 80 hours before the flight of a negative measles test.

If you are making a road trip to the Hill Country you need to checkout Ladera’ Wimberley Estate on 13 Acres w/ Hot Tub which can be booked through Evolve (cheaper fees than VRBO and AirBnB) Property ID: 411914. The house sits on 13 acres and has amazing views, 3 bedrooms that each have their own bathroom, upstairs game room, and wonderful patio seating. Wineries were an hour drive each day but the house was a great base camp.
