As promised, here are pictures from the Mt. Liamuiga (a dormant volcano in St. Kitts) hike.

This was a 6 mile total hike and it was strenuous. The guides liked to call it “engaging” and they were not lying. There were portions of the hike that included climbing over fallen trees, scaling rocks and shimmying through tight crevices. It was exhausting, but honestly I’m proud of this chunky girl for making it 😂
