I’ve booked 16 Disney Cruises in the past 3 months for families… SIXTEEN.

It has outcompeted Disney World by a lot for me lately, and honestly, I can see why lol

Disney World will always have my heart. I know it better than I know places in my hometown 😂 but the trip as a whole has gotten more….involved you could say, even for me lol There are so many moving pieces now, and planning a Disney World vacation can be a beast and overwhelming for the most seasoned Mouseketeer with an annual pass/DVC card lol

And as someone who has recently started cruising again with the Mouse, I can feel my own preference starting to shift for this season.

Disney Cruise Line is quickly becoming my go-to when I want the Disney magic but also want to just show up for vacation. Once you get onboard, it’s easy. The planning slows down, the decisions get fewer, and you get to enjoy the magic without feeling like you need a game plan for every hour of the day.

Now, I still LOVE Disney World, and if that’s where you’re headed, you absolutely need to find your Disney person who knows the ins and outs and can take some of that load off your plate. (I know a girl 😉)

A lot of people ask “Why do you still travel with your family and always doing Disney?” And honestly, because the “magic” isn’t only in the location or that it’s Disney. Because I’m one of those lucky kids that had a childhood that looked like this and BLESSED my parents (and grandparents and rest of the bunch) are willing and able to make similar memories with my child. Take the vacations, have fun, make memories that are at their core about being together and maybe one day your kids will not give a second thought to letting you tag along with their new family. ❤️

✨ Is Disney’s PhotoPass really worth it? ✨

Honestly… before Holland was tall enough to ride everything, I used to say no. Most of the time, the PhotoPass photographers would just snap the same pictures with your phone.

But now that she’s old enough to ride all the rides and they’ve brought back more character PhotoPass photographers? 100% yes.

And this is coming from someone who’s chronically behind the camera! Every once in a while I sneak in front of the lens with her.

Fun fact: my very first “fancy” camera was the same model the Disney photographers used when I graduated college in 2015. I figured if it could capture Disney magic, it could help me learn to do the same. And here we are! (Follow for more pics on insta 😉)
