I knew they would be because they were friends from high school, so I was not surprised that they read all of my guides and took all of my advice and things were going perfectly when I checked in on them mid trip. Just going to self brag for a moment! Got a panicked client email saying their flight was diverted and refueling and they were going to miss their original connection. Less then 1 hour later, I have them rebooked on the next available flight and their transfers adjusted. They just needed to sit back and relax and let me handle the issues. Not to mention all of the phone calls and rebookings I’ve done this month on behalf of clients due to weather and global issues. AND THIS… is why you book with an experienced travel professional. I got you! 😉
