Final Day | Day Eight: Venice, Italy 📍🇮🇹🍷

We ended the most magical trip to Europe in Venice, Italy. Venice is unlike any place I’ve ever been to and I’m officially in love with a town made of water. I will be back (claiming it into existence)! We visited the Rialto Bridge, walked through Doge’s Palace, saw the St. Mark’s Basilica, rode a gondola (almost sunk the gondola in front of a crowd of people😜), ate the best meals ever, sipped on local wines, shopped, and were mesmerized by the canal views from rooftop terraces. Our stomachs and hearts are so full from this trip❤️

Day Seven: Trieste, Italy 📍🇮🇹

We headed back to Italy to explore the pretty town of Trieste. We had our own little wine tasting, even bought some too! Shopped til we dropped and made the most of our last cruise port day! Next stop, Venice 🫶🏻

Day Six: Split, Croatia 📍🇭🇷

Even a rainy day in Croatia is still better than a day at work! We took a fun tuktuk ride through the town. We became honorary storm chasers with our awesome guide, Ant. Next stop, Triste, Italy!

Day Five: Corfu, Greece 📍🇬🇷

We had an amazing day in Greece! It was spent admiring the views from Akron Beach Club. This activity was a non-NCL shore excursion. After some research, I found this club option, and it was perfect fit for my family to relax and unwind! We checked off swimming in a new sea for us, Ionian Sea. Michael now eats sushi and grilled octopus, and Britt is a spritz girly now. It was a successful day!

Day Four: Catania, Sicily, Italy 🇮🇹

Another amazing day in Italy! We toured churches, piazzas, city hall, the famous fish market, and indulged in cannolis and a Sicilian spritz which made the day even more perfect. Next Stop - Corfu, Greece!

In love with the Amalfi Coast 🍋

Day Three: We arrived in Salerno and took a boat tour to the Amalfi Coast. We explored the town, sipped some local wine, did a little shopping and took in all of the beautiful views around us! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day!

Yesterday was Michael’s first ever Cruise Day aka The Best Day of the Year!!! 🚢🥳 I am doing my best to get this man into becoming a seasoned cruiser. Hopefully he’ll love it as much as I do😊❤️

Day Two: We made the most of our only “rest day,” on this trip by getting on the ship early and enjoying all of the onboard amenities + dined at Cagney’s Steakhouse (my favorite NCL specialty dining restaurant)… Next stop goes to the Amalfi Coast🇮🇹
