This is such an important point from my home agency!
I understand wanting a great deal -- and honestly, if there's a difference of hundreds of dollars, I don't blame anyone for purchasing their vacation via AAA/Costco instead of an agency. You do what's best for you!
But remember! After they get your money, they are d-o-n-e.
When you book via an agency, we provide personalized help all the way through the end of your vacation. In these first 4 days of November, I've already:
*Researched specific buildings & room numbers to request
*Spent hours on the phone with cruise lines and WDW
*Hunted for dining reservations
*Processed payments, refunds, and date changes
So consider buying discounted gift cards instead, then use those gift cards to purchase through a small business who truly cares. And ask yourself -- what is your *time* worth?
