August is here, and with that, some new exciting Disney news! If you are planning to visit the parks this month, be aware that Lightning Lane Multi-Pass has replaced Genie+!

August usually starts with pretty good crowds due to the final summer rush before back to school! Things slow down as temperatures rise and kids return to their normal routines, so the end of this month is a great time to go if you can beat the heat!

Hurricane Season is also here, so prepare for rain and humidity at Disney World in addition to heat. Be sure to drink lots of water and bring a poncho!

Mickey's Not So Scary and Oogie Boogie Bash both start this month at their respective parks. These are ticketed events, so parks will close early to regular guests. Be sure to get tickets if you want to go!

It's another big month at two of the most magical parks! The beginning of the month will see heavier crowds with the 4th of July! Both Disneyland and Disney World will have special fireworks in celebration of the 4th, so don't miss it if you find yourself in the parks.

Big news at both parks: Genie+ is going away! In its place, we'll see Lighning Lane Multipass, where you can plan your days in advance! This will involve a tier system for rides that you choose, so be sure to message me for more details and help navigating this!

At Walt Disney World, expect HOT and humid weather for most of the month. Be sure to drink lots of water and be prepared for the heat. After the 4th, this is a great time to go if you don't mind the heat. Country Bear Jamboree will reopen with reimagined and new music, so be sure to check that out!

At Disneyland, expect heavier crowds throughout the month. Pixar Fest continues, so be sure to enjoy the meet and greets and special parades! Both Haunted Mansion and Winnie the Pooh will be closed, so be sure to have alternate plans! Weather will be warm, but more temperate than Orlando!

Parks will be full of excitement and fun as the summer heats up! Be sure to pack sunscreen, a water bottle, and a poncho (just in case!).
