The Great Darke County Fair is almost here, and we’re getting ready to set up the Darke County Visitors Bureau booth in the Coliseum! We're excited to share all the awesome things happening in our county — and we’d love your help.

We’re looking for:

1. Rack cards, brochures & flyers from festivals, events, attractions and tourism-related businesses! If you have updated materials you'd like us to hand out, please send them our way. This is a great chance to get your info in front of thousands of fairgoers.

2. Items for our giveaway gift basket
We’re putting together a basket full of local goodies to raffle off during the fair. If you’d like to include something from your event or festival — big or small — we’d love to feature it! Think t-shirts, hats, mugs, koozies, frisbees, two free tickets for admission (if applicable), etc.

You can drop items off at:

(Before dropping off please call or text 937-548-5158 to make sure the Welcome Center is staffed at that time!)

I can also pick up items at your location!

Deadline: Please get items to us by Tuesday, August 12.
