Sunday, May 4th - PM Report

Great trip for Joe and his family. Despite the weather not playing along, we had an excellent crew with great energy and a love for country music that kept the vibes high all day long. At times, the rain was heavy, but the seas remained calm; that certainly helped us. After a hot start, things went cold for a few hours until we connected again. We made multiple moves covering ground, ultimately ending the trip on a high note. It was a pleasure having this group on the boat!

Sunday, May 4th - AM Report

Wonderful trip for Adolfo and the boys. Plenty of laughs, a few fish, and zero filters, just how we like it! Fishing with this crew was part sport and part stand-up comedy. Great charter

Huge shoutout to Captain Nick

He installed a 90” Garmin Force trolling motor on my boat, complete with a 100-amp 36-volt lithium battery and sea swivel mount. This investment was made with no expense spared. It will be a game changer for the 2025 season. I also added a Garmin Echomap 74SV UHD2 chartplotter, which connects to the trolling motor! Such an epic install 🔥

Thank you again, Nick, for taking the time out of your schedule to get this done 💪🏼

Saturday, May 3rd - Morning Report

What an amazing trip for Alex, Fabio, Enzo, and Fabio’s dad. Truthfully a trip doesn't get any better than this. The conditions were perfect, the fishing was great, and the vibes were only positive. The fresh ceviche 10/10

On a side note, has anyone caught a striped bass with a sea lamprey on them? It’s common to see on Lake Ontario, but I've never seen one here

Friday, May 2nd - Weekend recap

It was a decent trip for Darwin and the boys. It could've been better, but a few of the guys drank a little too much for my liking. We had beautiful conditions on the water, with a breathtaking sunset taking center stage. Once we anchored up, the bite was instant, with a nice flurry of action. After that flurry, the bite died. We made a move at 10:40 pm and caught one more before heading back to port - Food/weather 10/10

Water temp 54 degrees

04/30 Report—It was a great trip for Ed, Eddie, Jaden, and cousin Dougie! We put in lines at 6:36 a.m., and within minutes, we had our first slot fish. Shortly after, we had a small flurry that lasted until the wind kicked up and the tide slacked.

With the stiff NW wind, we made a move that paid off. We found a few more fish there. We trolled a little longer, grabbed another fish, and ended the day. The water temperature was a little colder. 48-51 degrees.

Congrats, Jaden, on landing your first few striped bass and new PB.

The rest of the week looks great!

04/29 Report - Incredible trip for Mario and Jeff! After a few grinded-out trips, we were greeted with hungry and active fish upon our arrival 👌 We had a mix of mainly slots and overs. The troll bite was great, and the night bite also turned on during the middle of the flood tide. The new moon never disappoints on the sound.

The water temperature reached an impressive 56.3 degrees before the sun began to set. Let’s hope this bite continues to stay strong 💪🏼

4/25 & 4/26 reports

The last three trips have certainly been more of a grind. All three groups were patient while putting in extra time to try to generate a few extra bites. Some highlights were a freshly made ceviche courtesy from Los Pachito boys Friday morning, the banter on Friday night with Darwin’s group, and yellow Crocs Saturday afternoon catching the biggest fish, lol

Some bigger striped bass have moved into the area, with most holding tight to the bottom. The ebb has certainly been the best tide. The flood tide will start to generate more action as the water continues to warm up

We have a busy week ahead of us. Thank you to all the groups who’ve joined us on these early-season trips.

Another beautiful morning with some solid fishing for Jeff and Richard! Thanks guys for joining us.

Water temp 50-53.2 degrees. The winds were light and variable, increasing to 10 mph by mid-morning. With this warmer weather pattern, the night fishing should start soon

04/19 Afternoon report - Tough bite

Unfortunately, compared to the morning the afternoon was a grind. We did however manage our biggest striped bass of the season so far. We landed a total of two overs, and that was it. Regardless, my crew was great, and the weather was good.

First day on the water from sunrise to sunset 🙌🏼

Saturday, April 19th - Morning Report

Another excellent morning with Frank and his crew! The ball-busting was endless when we were catching fish and pure silence when we weren't 😂 Great crew

The water temperature ranged from 47 to 50 degrees, a tad warmer than yesterday. The weather was perfect once again, both going out and coming in. The wind was light and variable this morning. All the fish we caught were from 24-33 inches

The first trip of 2025 was a banger 👌🏻What excellent crew we had onboard! Chris, Nico, and Ronny thank you for setting the tone for this year 🫡

There was good fishing with perfect weather. All our striped bass ranged from 26-32 inches. The water temperature was 46-49 degrees, and the wind was light and variable. The sunrise was epic
