It's going to be another nice day today and its already wing night again! We have been trying to find the right amount of our signature wings to make and we still have not found it yet! Our Woodhull style wings are by far our most popular and no matter how many we seem to make it has not been enough lately. I know that's a good problem to have but we want to be able to offer them much longer into the evening. So we have decided to ask for your help! If you would be interested in pre-ordering them through the day so that we make sure we have them when you arrive feel free to do so! You can either reply or message our page or leave a message on the machine at the restaurant and we can have a better guess on how many pounds to prepare we already do 80 lbs of just that flavor! But we are more than willing to do more if needed. Grab your friends and head on down we have two new Flavors tonight, bourbon, maple bacon, and a spicy pickle dry rub for you to try! Give us a call 607-458-5677 we can take your order or reservations. Feel free to leave a message as we cook these over open charcoal fire so we will be outside this afternoon but we will be sure and take care of you!

🎈The Letchworth Hot Air Balloon Rally Returns in 2026!

This Memorial Day weekend, the local family-owned small business “Balloons Over Letchworth” will welcome pilots from near and far to rise above the breathtaking Letchworth State Park!

Planned launch windows:
• Friday evening 5/22
• Saturday early morning 5/23
• Saturday evening 5/23
• Sunday early morning 5/24

⚠️ All launches are **highly** wind and weather dependent and will only occur if conditions are just right.

📍 Launch location: Archery Field inside the Castile gate at Letchworth State Park
6787 Denton Corners Rd, Castile, NY

💰 Cost:
• No admission to watch launches
• Park vehicle fee: $10 per car (9 AM–5 PM)
• Free park entry outside those hours
