This famous first appearance of Bear 399 and her cubs, captured by Arizona wildlife photographer Steve Franklin, is proudly displayed in the Cub Cave at Bears View Cabin. It’s more than a photograph — it’s a reminder of strength, protection, resilience, and the incredible bond between a mother and her young.

Known as the “Queen of the Tetons,” Bear 399 inspired wildlife lovers around the world with her fearless devotion to her cubs. We’re honored to share this iconic moment with our guests here in Greer, Arizona, where the beauty of the wild is never far away.

Everyone talks about the great room…

Wrapped in floor-to-ceiling windows, tucked into the pines, and somehow both energizing and completely peaceful at the same time.

Start your morning here with coffee and quiet…
Set up for a little remote work (if you have to 😉)…
Or spend the afternoon lost in a puzzle, a game, or a good book in those ridiculously comfortable chairs.

It’s one of those spaces you sit down in… and don’t really want to leave.

Honestly… this might be my favorite room 🤫🌲
