Ever wondered how helicopters actually lift off the ground? 🚁
It all comes down to lift, airflow, and Newton’s 3rd Law.
The main rotor works like rotating wings, pushing air downward to create lift and bring the helicopter up. But since the blades spin one way, the helicopter naturally wants to spin the other way.
That’s where the tail rotor comes in: it pushes air sideways to keep everything stable and facing forward.
Simple physics. Incredible flight.
