The Fleet Reserve Association (FRA) is a congressionally chartered, non-profit organization that represents the interests of the Sea Service community before the U.S. Although the association was originally named for the Navy’s Fleet Reserve program, membership in FRA is open to all current and former sailors, marines, and Coast Guard personnel. The only requirement to join FRA is to hav

I came to visit you today,
To place this flag beside your grave.
The sacrifices you have made,
Ensure we live in peace today.
I press it firmly in the soil,
A bright salute of red and blue.
To thank you for your selfless toil,
And honor all they gave in you.
Though years have passed and seasons turn, Your courage shines in every fold.
For freedom’s cause we still shall learn,
A hero's tale, forever told.
