The Fleet Reserve Association (FRA) is a congressionally chartered, non-profit organization that represents the interests of the Sea Service community before the U.S. Although the association was originally named for the Navy’s Fleet Reserve program, membership in FRA is open to all current and former sailors, marines, and Coast Guard personnel. The only requirement to join FRA is to hav

Auxiliary of the Fleet Reserve Unit 20 had an amazing volunteer this summer Isabella Marie Braucci. Throughout the summer Isabella had been devoted to the LA FRA mission by promoting charitable causes. Isabella worked on developing care packages for the homeless in Groton, CT.
Over 50 care packages will be donated to United Way, Groton, CT.
Isabella went on to successfully graduate from Naval ROTC at NCSU and is currently at NC State University as a freshman.
Isabella’s father Louis Joseph Braucci II severed in Navy from 2000-2022.
USS Michigan SSBN 727 (B) 2001-2005.
USS Alexandria SSN 757 2008-2013
USS Nebraska SSBN 739 (B) 2016-2019.
The Auxiliary is very proud of Isabella and is wishing her a wonderful freshman year!
