For you convenience, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher/microwave/stove/oven is available, dining area, spacious great room with cable TV, and a relaxing sun room that looks out to a peaceful lake view. The Lake bedroom has 2 king beds. A full bathroom is included with this room with
a shower/garden tub combination. The LSU room has twin beds with a trundle pull out, sleeping three persons. Hall bathroom is right off the LSU room and includes a full bath with a shower. The linens/towels/paper products/cookware/utensils are all provided. The outdoor screen porch has a glider swing to sit and relax and look out to the beautiful and tranquil Lake Arthur. The metal shop has a large barbecue pit for outdoor grilling. During winter, a patio heater and fire pit is also located in the metal shop. The friendly Lake Arthur community is only 10 minutes away with everything you may need. Lake Arthur has great restaurants, fuel stations, shopping, and grocery stores. For the sportsman, it is ideally located in the hub of several guided hunting business, making it very easy to be close to the early morning and late evening hunt.
