The newest ship in our fleet has hit the water at Chesapeake Shipbuilding! American Encore is the seventh of our Modern Riverboats, and after her beautifying buildout on the water she will make her way to the spectacular Columbia and Snake Rivers, where our sailings trace the path of Lewis & Clark. Did you know, our colleagues at Chesapeake can launch a new ACL ship every four months?!

In case you thought that we dock where the big ships form a flotilla... nope! A quick site visit to the beautiful American Constitution filled my morning. She's the first ship I visited when I started with ACL in 2019... and now she looks better than ever!

When the conference is in the Crescent City: Jackson Square at the golden hour, beignets and coffee for dinner, beads, and ballrooms. Unfortunately, we didn't have a ship in port... they're all in the midst of taking our guests on fabulous adventures on the Mississippi, Tennessee, Cumberland, and Ohio rivers!
