Walk next door to the Surf Style/Island Market for everything you need! You'll find a very nice gourmet foods section, as well as just about every other kind of groceries you can imagine. Waffle House is just next door, The Hangout, bike rentals, restaurants, and countless other restaurants and attractions are all within a half mile walk! With designated parking for 2 vehicles, you will not have to fight any traffic during your stay
Rental rates are $2100 per week + $125 housekeeping fee & 16% lodging tax. There is a fully refundable security deposit of $500 at this time, however, I'll be adding insurance options as an alternative once the official website is up, in a few weeks.
This condo is completely remodeled with all new furnishings, and has everything you need for a relaxing stay! Regretfully, this condo is not handicap accessible, as it is a two story unit and occupants must be able to climb two flights of stairs.
No pets are allowed, per HOA bylaws. No smoking inside the units. No more than 4 overnight occupants. I accept PayPal and VENMO and will send my contact information when the booking is accepted. There is a 10 day cancelation policy and cancellations resulting from our being placed under a Hurricane Watch, will be fully refunded.
