What has your property manager done for you this off season. Only charge you for random stuff they really didnt do.
Tell you needed 20 light bulbs
Or you needed to paint your house .

So you want to be beach front, but it takes about 25 mins to get to the beach from your condo add kids another 6-7 mins .

I will take my minute drive or 2 minutes on a golf cart any day .
Open door , car is there 60 seconds later free parking at the beach
