Update for Our Guests!

Starting immediately, we’ll be renting more directly outside of Airbnb!

Here’s why:
- Save on fees! Booking directly can help you avoid additional booking fees and costs.
- Better communication! It allows us to stay in direct contact with our guests.

For those who may not know, we manage our property ourselves. We do hire an outside cleaning crew and pay a cleaning fee for every stay.

We only ask our guests to do two simple things before leaving:
✅ Take your trash to the trash chute located by the elevator.
✅ Rinse any dishes you’ve used.

The main reason for the trash request is simple: we want the condo to smell fresh and clean for the next guests arriving!

We sincerely appreciate all our guests and want you to relax and enjoy your vacation when you visit. We want your stay to be easy, comfortable, and affordable!
