My condo was supposed to have some construction related power outages next week and was blocked off. The outages are delayed and the condo is now offered at a huge discount!

***There will be some construction in the complex. While we don't expect too much of an impact, there may be times where there is some noise. Work will not begin prior to 8am and will be completed by 6pm daily. Beach access will be diverted slightly. **During the month of June, there will be some disruption to parking. Only one parking spot will be guaranteed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.***
