2024 brought upgrades to electrical and plumbing for our complex.
Collectively, our board members worked together to completely tear up (mostly Jess) to studs and relay LVT in #18.
Our secretary/treasurer of the board is married to an electrical contractor in the state. Her brother is also a licensed master plumber in the state. We were able to have many electrical and plumbing tasks/upgrades/issues addressed without paying an enormous cost for those contractors, locally.
Additionally, another board member has graciously donated their time, painting in each unit.
Our wonderful manager, Jess, has worked tirelessly tearing out and laying floor in 18, between checking in our owners, cutting grass, upkeep of landscape, and preparing for the owners meeting last week.
We certainly have a long way to go, but looking back on units in November 2022, we’ve come so far.
Together, our owners and guests, allow us to push forward. Bringing our Paradise to where it needs to be for all owners is a MUST for all board members. We will continue working hard for our owners.
