Pelican's Perch Pelican's Perch is a two bedroom, 2 bath condo located between Gulf Shores and Fort Morgan, AL. Beautifully remodeled 2 bed, 2 bath beach side condo!

Enjoy views of the ocean and the bay from your balcony! This building is the tallest in the area so your views are unobstructed! This condo is located on the 7th floor and closer to the beach side- so you have the best spot in the building for views! The balcony is also on the West side so you get AMAZING sunset views! This condo is loaded with all essentials to ensure a wonderful stay, including

beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas! The balcony is plenty big enough to seat 4-6 people comfortably. The balcony doors are situated such that you get direct views of the ocean while sitting on the couch. You can also access the balcony from the master bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with everything one should need including a blender, air fryer, griddle, waffle maker, mixer, crockpot, lots of pots and pans and plenty of serve ware, dish ware, and utensils. Kitchen appliances are less than two years old! The condo has WiFi and cable. The cable comes on the main television and the television in the Master bedroom. All televisions have ability for you to access Netflix, etc using your own sign in information. Both bedrooms also have ceiling fans and televisions for your comfort. All mattresses are less than two years old and there are extra pillows and blankets for a good nights rest! Games are available for use on those rainy days. This resort is beach front with several outdoor pools (including a kiddie pool) and a hot tub. There are also tennis courts, basketball courts, and an indoor pool, sauna, library, and workout room for your enjoyment. A huge indoor hot tub is currently under construction and will be available January 9th. Grills and picnic tables are also available. The main room of the resort has vending machines with various drinks and snacks and bags of ice are available for purchase at the main pool area. Kiva Dunes golf course is steps away and a marina and boat launch are right across the street. Restaurant on site as well- open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! This place literally has everything you need for a great getaway!

When visiting beaches where sea turtles nest, it's important to follow certain etiquette guidelines to protect the turtles and their nests. Avoid digging holes deeper than twelve inches and fill in any holes before leaving the beach. Keep the beach clean by not leaving trash behind. Shield or turn off outdoor lights visible on the beach to prevent disorienting nesting sea turtles or hatchlings. Do not disturb any nests marked on the beach. If you encounter a nesting turtle, remain quiet and observe from a distance.

Allegiant just announced an additional 2 destination cities for Gulf Shores International Airport!!!

The new routes to Gulf Shores International Airport (GUF) in include:

Appleton, Wisconsin via Appleton International Airport (ATW) – beginning October 2, 2025 with one-way fares as low as $59.*

Des Moines, Iowa via Des Moines International Airport (DSM) – beginning October 3, 2025 with one-way fares as low as $59.*

The 1st Allegiant flight will arrive in Gulf Shores on Wednesday, May 21st!

We will share more later today on the 1st flight arriving in town! So excited for the airport to have commercial flights available.
