Pelican's Perch is a two bedroom, 2 bath condo located between Gulf Shores and Fort Morgan, AL. Beautifully remodeled 2 bed, 2 bath beach side condo!

Enjoy views of the ocean and the bay from your balcony! This building is the tallest in the area so your views are unobstructed! This condo is located on the 7th floor and closer to the beach side- so you have the best spot in the building for views! The balcony is also on the West side so you get AMAZING sunset views! This condo is loaded with all essentials to ensure a wonderful stay, including

beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas! The balcony is plenty big enough to seat 4-6 people comfortably. The balcony doors are situated such that you get direct views of the ocean while sitting on the couch. You can also access the balcony from the master bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with everything one should need including a blender, air fryer, griddle, waffle maker, mixer, crockpot, lots of pots and pans and plenty of serve ware, dish ware, and utensils. Kitchen appliances are less than two years old! The condo has WiFi and cable. The cable comes on the main television and the television in the Master bedroom. All televisions have ability for you to access Netflix, etc using your own sign in information. Both bedrooms also have ceiling fans and televisions for your comfort. All mattresses are less than two years old and there are extra pillows and blankets for a good nights rest! Games are available for use on those rainy days. This resort is beach front with several outdoor pools (including a kiddie pool) and a hot tub. There are also tennis courts, basketball courts, and an indoor pool, sauna, library, and workout room for your enjoyment. A huge indoor hot tub is currently under construction and will be available January 9th. Grills and picnic tables are also available. The main room of the resort has vending machines with various drinks and snacks and bags of ice are available for purchase at the main pool area. Kiva Dunes golf course is steps away and a marina and boat launch are right across the street. Restaurant on site as well- open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! This place literally has everything you need for a great getaway!
