Great review from April... "I’m very happy with ALBVR! I booked through hotels.com & arrived on a Sunday after business hours at the first property which didn’t match the photos/details online. We were so disappointed with it. I promptly texted the after hours number with photos & video. Within 30-45 minutes someone replied apologizing for our dissatisfaction. They relayed the pics & details to management & we were immediately moved to a nicer unit on the beach side!! It was much better! We were just ecstatic with the UPGRADE! ALBVR totally made everything right! We are so happy with our stay & look forward to booking with ALBVR in the future! Thank you!"
