It is located in front of neighboring houses - only 20 yards to the private beach in front of the house. Its location provides an awesome unblocked 180 degree view of the beach and Gulf.

Recently, we installed the latest RGF HALO-LED Whole Home Air Purification System to help protect the health of our guests. The system "proactively treats every cubic inch of air-conditioned space, thereby reducing airborne and surface microbials, bacteria, viruses, mold, smoke, and VOC’s."

We try to do everything possible to make our guests have an enjoyable and memorable beach experience.

We have been extremely fortunate and blessed to survive Hurricane Sally. We have a great family from Little Rock, AR enjoying a terrific beach retreat this week. Gulf Gaze is booked for the next 5 weeks. Normally September & October are great times to be at the beach. The weather is cooler with lower humidity, the water is still warm, and there are fewer people.
