This beautiful 2400 sq. ft. 2-story home in quiet Ft. Morgan has stunning views of the gulf and miles of sandy white beaches. It is located in The Dunes subdivision, with 2 community pools. This duplex has a spacious living and dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, with a wall of windows overlooking one of the decks, and with panoramic views of the gulf. There are 4 bedrooms, each with an ensuite full bath.

🐬⛱️Have you ever been to Gulf Shores, Ft. Morgan, Orange Beach or Dauphin Island? These family-friendly Alabama beaches attracted us 10 years ago, and we’ve been coming back ever since.

“What’s so special”? you might ask. Here are a few things we love about the area:

😂This is hilarious…

A renter left this carbon monoxide detector at our Airbnb after their stay. On our Airbnb page it does say that we don’t have one (a mandatory field).

🤦‍♀️HOWEVER there is no gas or propane on the property at all. These beach houses don’t have gas/propane because of safety reasons since they are susceptible to hurricanes. 🌪️

⚡️So everything runs on electric - the stove, the dryer, hot water heater, the HVAC. There is literally no risk of carbon monoxide to detect. I guess I should explain this on the Airbnb site? 🤷‍♀️

Now I’m picturing guests being concerned enough to bring the detector with them on vacation. I guess you can’t be too careful!
