We love working at Cedar Creek Lake, we love having more flexibility for natural outdoor events, we love lake events, pool events, Rotary events, we have loved every single lake wedding coordinated, Christmas Weddings, Halloween weddings, we have coordinated city parades around the lake, corporate events, business events, private events, and so many unique and fun events here at CCL. You voted for us as BEST EVENT PLANNER and we are so grateful and thankful to you! You recognize our passion and love for every event, regardless of how large or small, we put our all into any event planned and coordinated. We are moving to Mabank, inside our Mistletoe Mania store, we will have a private office setup so we can continue to serve Cedar Creek Lake, all of our amazing clients that have turned into friends and we look forward to meeting new clients and making your event dreams come true so you can enjoy your own event!

🎶 Wasted Away at Margaritaville 🎶

It just got easier to make this dream a reality! Galveston is getting a Margaritaville on the East Beach!!!! You know, the part where the beach life just seemed to end, and you weren’t sure if it was safe to get out or not? The ink is still drying on the deal. Can’t wait to see this come to life!

HIRING - PT / Seasonal Help 25 POSITIONS AVAILABLE
All positions are geared towards laborer and customer service positions. Must be willing to work outdoors, in all weather conditions, sometimes we are working in the day, sometimes is will be night. We work most weekends starting Nov 4th - mid December. Qualifications: Must be willing to stand for an 8 hour shift (with breaks) and must be able to light 45 # or more.

Some positions require a background check. Will be determined at interview. Pay is commensurate on experience and position.

We are excited to announce starting January 3rd, 2023, sEaSCAPE Travel & Events will be opening back up Full Time in Dallas, TX. We have missed our clients and relationships we spent building over the last 15 years, we have missed all of our HOA’s and corporate offices we have grown with over the years, this has been in the making for awhile, we just needed to make sure we were current on all requirements to operate in Dallas, TX. We are coming back home!

Due to extreme heat, in late September, we are forced to postpone the DJ Battle that was scheduled for tomorrow night. The heat will not work well with their equipment and risks permanently damaging their equipment. While it looks like they just push buttons, it is pretty exhausting what they do, the heat and the sun can be brutal. We had expected temps to be about 10 degrees lower than it has been. We are working with Lou Lou’s to reschedule this super fun event!

Gun Barrel City is known for having fun! JulyFest, the best Christmas Parade at Cedar Creek Lake, along with a ton of other activities throughout the year. This year they have added another festival, an Arts & Music festival! Artists of all kinds can enter into a juried art show and sell their pieces, merchant vendors can get a booth to sell their products, food trucks can register for Food Truck Road and there will be live music all day both days and a special performance on Saturday night! It's free for everyone to attend, Saturday night's show does require a ticket. Save the dates, November 5th & 6th, you will not want to miss this!
