It was the most perfect day in May & the flowers did not hide from us - they bloomed within!! ✨🌸

What a beautiful Sunday hike experience with a lovely group of Women of Color ! First time hikers and our seasoned favorites came together at Oregon Ridge Park for connection & healing in nature.

We hiked & ended with sounds during a guided journal write ✍🏾

Thank you all who came in person and in spirit ! ✨

We’re looking forward to out May 30th Strawberry Picking!!

Tulip season is HERE and we’re stepping into the fields! 🌷

Our Tulip Love Spring Festival is the first of our Harvest Hikes and it’s one of the most beautiful experiences of the season.

Think 💭 : rows of blooming tulips, fresh air, soft movement, and a moment to slow down and actually be in it.

We’ll explore the fields, take in the land, and close with a grounding WOCO experience in nature.

This weekend WOCO guided this beautiful group of ladies through Milkhouse Ford Trail, Rock Creek Park situated in the heart of DC ✨🌸

The trail came to life the moment we step foot onto the path! We are so happy to have been able to celebrate birthday outdoors in the beautiful of nature!
We wish you another wonderful year full of growth and adventure! 💗

What a WONDERFUL WOCOVERSARY ✨🥳 !!!

This past Sunday we stepped out onto the trail for the first time this year! The weather was cold in the valley but once we got moving on the trail, our bodies warmed up & smiles got bigger as we experienced collectively the expansion of gratitude for the outdoors. The in nature sealed in the healing.

Thank you so much to all of the amazing women who joined us for our season opener! This was such a magical day ✨
