THE SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED STATES (SCOTUS) & THE "SHADOW DOCKET"; STATEMENT OF THE APOSTLE OF BUSINESS:
There's something very important regarding SCOTUS that has been puzzling me for sometime. Just a while ago, in rT (real time), my concerns regarding SCOTUS were finally addressed: I was just informed that the current practice of SCOTUS is to issue rulings on very major cases without rendering the opinions of the Justices, on why they voted the way they did. This is very, very important!
Like astute practitioners of the Law, I like to read & study the opinions of Justices, especially those who dissent. That is how to achieve optimal growth. Dissenting voices teach major lessons. So, what has been puzzling me lately regarding SCOTUS is that I have not been seeing major, published reasonings why they have been voting the way they have. That shows how out of touch they have become. That's why their recent judgements on very major issues have been very out of touch w/ the Constitution & what the super majority of Americans, both Democrats & Republicans, crave for. Also, no wonder the horrendous scandals involving Clarence Thomas!
For very many years, SCOTUS served by default, as Supreme Court of the World because of the democratic values of the United States & the depth & commitment to the Law that the Justices exhibited.
There's still hope for transformative reforms by SCOTUS because of the current dynamics in the United States. But first, Clarence Thomas must go. Then, all the Justices, beginning at the top, MUST set exemplary example.
