First day of rafting 2026! The weather was perfect along the Skagit River down in Washington State, so Joe and his daughter Sapphire decided to go out and see if there were any bald eagles out and about. Three hours and a dozen bald eagles later, they arrived at the takeout at Rockport.

📸 Photography & Nature Guide – Skagway, Alaska
Spend your summer exploring Alaska while leading small-group photography and nature tours! Rainbow Glacier Adventures is looking for passionate photographer/naturalist guide for our 2025 season (April–September).

💰 Pay: $20/hour + tips + end of season bonus
🏡 Housing: Private room available in Skagway (affordable rate)
📍 Location: Skagway, Alaska
📅 Season: April 24 – late September (shorter options limited)

📷 What You’ll Do:
✔️ Lead photography and nature tours in stunning landscapes
✔️ Help guests improve their photography skills (smartphones to pro gear)
✔️ Share knowledge about Alaskan wildlife, glaciers, and history
✔️ Drive small-group tours (CDL not required, training provided)
