So I just need to put this out there as I hear comments and read things about people wondering why they would ever bother to use a travel agent. Many people don’t have the time that I spend on hold, booking packages, ordering tickets, linking everything into online accounts, booking dining, booking fast passes, booking the magical express, handling payments, assisting with itinerary planning, monitoring for promotions, and the list goes on and on. My clients do as little or as much planning as they would like and I save them time where they would like me to. Plus my services are completely free and they are supporting a small business and my passion in return! Maybe people aren’t aware, but every company builds a commission into everything that you book, whether it’s Travelocity, Disney, or even Universal. I do research constantly, as well as have most of the current information before it ever gets out to the general public. That being said, I truly appreciate those that do support me and share my business with others.

Do you know that hiring a Travel agent is FREE of charge to you ? That is right you heard me free of charge. It cost nothing when you hire a Leeann!!

I know in today’s world we all like instant results - so we go online & get a quote for a vacation. I get it, I do - but are they there for you if something goes wrong? If you book a Disney trip does the internet get up early to book your dining 180 days out? Or get up in the middle of the night to see if the restaurant you really want is available? NO !
Travel agents are people who do that for you! I am always here to help you. It makes me happy when you are happy & have a fabulous trip.
