Seawall construction update.. looking great..! They have added about 3’ to our yard, increased the height and leveled it flat. A big improvement from before.. could never have done that in Hampton Beach! Next is sod installation. Project is moving along! Yard is so much bigger now.

Seawall construction continues! Another gorgeous day in Cocoa Beach. Yesterday we trimmed bushes, painted, deep cleaned, went for a boat ride, bike ride to the pier for giant red shrimp with butta, and a launch! Today is pool light repair, more bush work, grass and gutter work and planting some new flowering bushes because we want to be just like our neighbor Marsha.. 💕and we may need more shelving for all of our Squidlips cups!

Seawall construction is underway at the Brayden-Wes House in Cocoa Beach! Got to watch the Allegiant flight that carried my grandkids home, land this morning coming back from Florida and I jumped on the same plane with a 40 minute turn around and headed down! So Many manatee here! They are all over.. have to be very very careful in places. Also watched them pumping out a sunk boat at Sunset Marina.. it is a big one..yikes.. THEN dropped my phone in the river, but Edward recovered it. I dried it with a hairdryer and it still works! Action packed day.. 82 degrees.. perfect weather.

Siding is complete.. starting dirt work for the pavers and driveway. View from the upper deck is pretty sweet.. great view of our marina peeps.. 😁🛥️
