!!COBIA!!
After a long cold winter cobia has been on everyone’s brain! We couldn’t take it anymore so decided to gather the boys for a scout mission and boy are we glad we did! Lost count on how many fish we actually saw. Multiple hook ups as we stumbled across a handful of smaller pods. Most fish wouldn’t eat however we played our cards and put a few in the boat!!
As we were netting one fish, the net decided to come apart with the fish still in the net! Without hesitation, one of our mates jumped in blindly to try and retrieve the net as she sank! A few seconds later Jon comes back to the surface with thee other half, swims back to the boat, then proceeds to net the fish again while in the water!!
You never know what chain of events may unfold while on the water but this one will hold a memory for awhile! Great team work all around.
We only have a handful of dates available throughout the summer so don’t miss your opportunity to be apart of the action.
